7 October: International Rosary for the EMMOCT2019

On Monday, October 7th at the Basilica of Saint Mary Major and in liturgical memory of Our Lady of the Rosary, the international rosary was led by H.E. Cardinal Fernando Filoni, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples hosted during the Extraordinary Missionary Month October 2019. "Pray for the work of missionaries and the proclamation of the Gospel, and today in particular we pray for the Synod on the Amazon,” said the Cardinal Prefect, "Let us not forget persecuted Christians and those who have lost their freedom.” The Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples and the Pontifical Missions Society invited Radio Maria to organize this event that was transmitted live over radio and video through approximately 80 Radio Maria channels across the world.
